He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Cozzati and Cecelia Cozzati. He is survived by: his wife Florence Cozzati; his daughters, Florence Byrne (Owen) of Hazlet, Anne Ault (Darren) of Middletown, Jeannine Holloway (John) of Middletown, Dorene Michael (Marc) of Bethesda, Natalie Cozzati of Red Bank, Bernadette Cozzati of Union Beach and Danielle Doucette (David) of Hazlet; his grandchildren, Victoria, JohnPatrick, Nicholas, Caitlin, Ryan, Meghan, Madison, Olivia, Dylan, Riley, Sydney, Gabriella, Luke, William, Thaddeus, Celine and Alexander; and his siblings, Johanna D'Albenzio, Patricia Laslo and Richard Cozzati (Joanne). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in loving memory of Jim to St. Jude Children's Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
