With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Irene P. Young of Union Beach, New Jersey, who passed away on November 3, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry and Ursula Conway (Koharski); and her husband Augustine J. "Gus" Young. She is survived by: her children, Augustine J. Young (Carrie) of Union Beach, Mark Young of Wall, David Young (Carol) of Fort Meyers, Diane Young-Ciardi (Benn) of Myrtle Beach, Suzanne Quinn (John) of Holmdel, Albert Young of Hazlet and Gerdana Young of Highlands; her grandchildren, Amber Wattenbarger (David), Ian Young (Alice), Samantha Chin (Wesley), Mitchell Quinn (Gizem), Douglas Quinn, Katie Di Pasquale (Anthony), Lindsay Bruno (Michael), Dylan Quinn (Brianna), Lyle Ciardi and Luke Quinn (Arianna); and her great grandchildren, Jude Wattenbarger, Kai Quinn, Gabe Wattenbarger, Oliver Chin, Ash Quinn, Vincent Young, Cassiopeia Quinn, Isabel Chin and Dominic Di Pasquale. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
In Lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Wounded Warriors Project, or Holy Family Parish in loving memory of Irene P. Young, would be greatly appreciated.
