She is survived by: her children, Thomas Boardwick (Adrian) of North Middletown, Frank Boardwick Jr. (Kathy) of Keyport, Carol Boardwick of Hazlet and Robert Boardwick (Karen) of Union Beach; her grandchildren, Frank Boardwick, Crystal Boardwick, Brittany Boardwick of Hazlet, Julia, Nicolette Boardwick of Union Beach, Michael Hoelz of Hazlet, Jordan and Reaghan Knapp; and her great grandchildren, Frank IV, Rachael Boardwick, Reyna Brown and Annebelle Clark.
