He is survived by: his wife Ellen Brotschol Noble; his brother Joseph Horsfield (Annette); his children, Christie Leyh (Jason) of Suffolk, Virginia, Erica Brotschol of Laurence Harbor, Lindsey Ludwinski (Dean) of Holmdel and Charles Noble Jr. of Helmetta; his grandchildren, Alexandria Leyh (Lexi), Gavin Leyh, Joseph Ludwinski and Matthew Ludwinski; and his pet Midnight.
