He is survived by: his wife Alice Ostervich (Sembler); his children, Lori Ostervich and Albert Ostervich Jr. (Heather); his grandchildren, Casandra, Timothy (Stephanie), Michael, Matthew, Ryan, Derrick, Jonas and Izzy; his great grandchildren, Jaxon of Union Beach and Brinley of Union Beach; and his brothers, Edward Ostervich of Missouri and David Ostervich of Nevada.
