He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Donna; his children, Joseph Rullo, Jr. (Ami), Sean Rullo (Michelle) and Janine Hee (Brian); his grandchildren, Joseph Rullo, III, Miranda Rullo, Shayla Rullo, Cassidy Rullo, Brendan Hee and Genevieve Hee; his great grandchildren, Jada Green, Marley Rullo and Lily Rullo; and his siblings, Robert Rullo (Kathy), Michael Rullo (late Beverly) and Mary Theresa Randolph.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations to in Joe's mamory be made to the Janine Hee Memorial Fund, PO Box 8992, Turnersville, NJ 08012.

For that hour or so we sat in the stand we laugh and chit chat about basketball. He was big guy with a big heart and smile. May your soul rest in enternal peace and you are dancing and laughing with you daughter today on her birthday. I am praying that your family especially your wife can find comfort in your m.”
