He was predeceased by: his parents, Alcides Gutierrez and Hortensia Gutierrez. He is survived by: his spouse Smirna; his children, Diana Gutierrez (Arnold Davenport) and Giselle Vaccarino (A. J.); his grandchildren, Aidan, Gigi, Grant and Valentina; and his sibling Uberfil Gutierrez (Sonia). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
