She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Patricia Tobin of Philadelphia, Jeffrey Tobin of Woodbury and Kevin Tobin of Jackson; her stepchild Jeffrey R. Bimmer of Midlothian, VA; and her grandchildren, Richard Bimmer and Grace Tobin.
