Stacy is survived by: children, Logan Caban and Kylie Kaznowski; parents, Donald A. Black, Sr. (Sandy) and Pamela A. Holosz (Ronald); brother Donald Black, Jr. (Leslie); and nieces and nephews, Michelle, Christopher Numbers, Maelynn, Courtney Black, Cassidy, Dakota, Paul, Jr., Kaitlyn, Daniel Kaznowski and Amanda Baliga.
