Stacy is survived by: children, Logan Caban and Kylie Kaznowski; parents, Donald A. Black, Sr. (Sandy) and Pamela A. Holosz (Ronald); brother Donald Black, Jr. (Leslie); and nieces and nephews, Michelle, Christopher Numbers, Maelynn, Courtney Black, Cassidy, Dakota, Paul, Jr., Kaitlyn, Daniel Kaznowski and Amanda Baliga.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Stacy may be made to the family for her children's education.
