He was predeceased by: his mother Bibiana Bukula (Nunez "Papa" Bukula); his wife Lena Bukula of Atlantic County, NJ; his son Andrew Ruffin (Lena Bukula); his parent Nunez "Papa" Bukula; and his siblings, Victor Bukula, Dave Bukula and Ntumba Maria Bukula.
He is survived by: his children, Cortney Ruffin, Amanda Bukula and Nkuanda Bukula Jr. (Jessie).
