He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Charles and Ruth Kohler; and his brother Howard George Kohler. He is survived by: his wife Eleanor; his sons, David Kohler (Allyson) and Kenneth Kohler of Millstone, NJ; his grandchildren, David, Emma Kohler, Kenny and Keira Kohler; his nephew Howard Kohler; and his niece Dawn Mullen.
