He was predeceased by: his father Charles Hendrix. He is survived by: his close friend Lori Grant (Susan Hendrix); his sons, Christopher J. Hendrix (Bre) and Michael Hendrix; his siblings, Craig Hendrix, Corey Hendrix and Katie Hendrix; and his mother Jolinda Hendrix.
