She is survived by: her mother Carmen Santiago; her husband Cesar Velez; her children, Adelina Garcia, Rosalee Gutierrez and Elvis Deleon (Agnes Abdelwahabe); her siblings, Domingo Garcia Santiago of Puerto Rico, Brenda Garcia Perez and Carmen Garcia Diaz; her great grandchildren, Johnathon, Victor, Jadielle, Antonio, Annelis, Tatydaliz and Elias; her close friends, Carmen Ruiz, Maria Colon, Prince and Mimi; and also, Akasha and King. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles.
