She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Carkhuff and Mary Carkhuff (Kintner); her husband Ernest C. Radvany, Sr.; and her siblings, Orville Carkhuff, Jr., George Carkhuff (Roxanne), Kathleen "Kitty" McBurney and Elizabeth "Betty" Furch (Joseph "Jody").
She is survived by: her children, Linda Scarlata (Tom) of Ewing, NJ, Ernest C. Radvany, Jr. (Debra) of Collegeville, PA, Nancy Parker (Terry) of Medina, OH and Babz Barnett (Michael) of Glen Allen, VA; her grandchildren, Amy Bongrazio (Michael), Jason Scarlata (Beth), Eric Radvany (Mallory), Ben Radvany (Jessica), Heather Mathes (Adam), Brittany Self (Justin), Zachary and Emma Barnett; her great grandchildren, Dominic, Marco Bongrazio, Ryan, Lainey Scarlata, Jackson, Parker Mathes and Charlie Radvany; her siblings, Dean Carkhuff (Mary Ann) and Mary Anna Twomey; and her sister-in-law Bettysue Carkhuff. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews and friends.
