He was predeceased by: his parents, Ignacio Roman and Carmen Maria Carrero; and his brother Rafel Roman. He is survived by: his spouse Elba Roman; his children, Minerva, Rosa, Omar, Nathaniel and William Roman, Jr.; his stepchildren, Ruth, Fanny and Carmen; and his siblings, Saturnino Roman, Ines Beltran, Nidia Giron, Carlos, Hector, Waldemar and Lisvette Roman. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives.
