He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Rupell and Florence Rupell; his wife Evelyn Jean Rupell; his brother Earl Wesley Rupell; and his daughter-in-law Renee Rupell.
He is survived by: his children, David Rupell, William Rupell and Nancy Mull; his grandchildren, Christopher Mull, Jessie Mull and Shane Mull (Samantha); his great grandchild Natalia Shea Mull; his siblings, Joan Woodrick, Gail Cox, Lynn Mount and Robert Rupell (Bobbie); and his sister-in-law Catherine Rupell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
