She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Charles; her parents, Paul and Rose Accongio (Cichetti); her children, Joseph M. Vinch (Kimberly), Charles J. Vinch (Lisa), Samuel T. Vinch, Gary P. Vinch (Jodi), Barbara Vinch, Rosemarie Vinch and Mary Jane Vinch (Eric Galullo); and her siblings, Frederick Accongio, Tommy Accongio, Jaye Evans and Mildred Casciani. She was also cherished by nine grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren.
