He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Radley and Helen Palmer Radley; his sister Beverly Jean Bass; and his aunts, Lear Lee, Lelia Simmons and Janie Palmer.
He is survived by: his daughter Terica Burrus; his grandchildren, Di Ona Boone, AyZhane Burrus, Jahmeir Lee and Te Ja Lee; his sisters, Veronica Ann Gardner and Jaime Palmer (Wakeem O'Neil); his aunts and uncles, Juanita Palmer, Effie Hill Richardson, Kareen Abdul E'anin and Robert Palmer; and his close friend Judy Logan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Victor's memory to a charity of donor's choice.
