She is survived by: her children, James, Paul (Cynthia), Kattie (Charles), Ella (Gregory) and Mariah; her sisters, Ayako and Yukiko of Japan; her grandchildren, Leon, Jason, Jerome, Falen (Homer), Sean (Tiffanee), Shaquille, Deon, Marcus, Troy and Constance; her stepgrandchildren, Kerry, Monique, Mose III, Shawn, Mary Elizabeth and Miriam; her great grandchildren, Hana, Gavin, Liam and Yuri; her sons-in-law, David "Poppy" and Joe; and her siblings-in-law, Hattie, Corrine, Helen, Tatsuno of Japan and Fortune. She is also survived by her nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends.
