He was predeceased by: his parents-in-law, John and Anne McElhinney. He is survived by: his pet Louie; his wife Heather Cooke (McElhinney); his son Connor Cooke; his parents, Donald B. Cooke and Judith Cooke (Tantum); his siblings, Barry Cooke (Donna) and Connie Cooke Blandford (Charles); and his nieces and nephews, Ashley, Jenna, Caroline, Virginia, Elissa Jane, Natalie, David, Suzanne and Brittany.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Timothy's memory to Connor's College Fund.
