“Our sympathies. We first met Teddy at Ramstein AB, Germany, back in 1984. We may of shared a last name but we were not related but he was a brother to myself & wife. He wore a smile every day. It’s hard to lose a friend especially after we kept in touch all these years. We know Heaven gained an angel. It was a pleasure to know him. Our memories will always stay with us, in our hearts and our souls. RIP Teddy.”
