He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Bell and Eva Mae Powell. He is survived by: his wife Doris Reid-Bell; his children, Tracy Bell (Charlene), Diane Rochelle, Barbara Bracye (Clifton) and Crystal Brown (Al); and his stepchildren, Marion Watkins (Yvonne), Olivia Reid and Stella Johnson (Donnie). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; one uncle, several aunts, and a host of other relatives and friends.
