He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry W. Schlottenmeier and Winifred Schlottenmeier; and his siblings, Dorothea Schlottenmeier Richter, Thomas Schlottenmeier and Henry Schlottenmeier.

He is survived by: his daughters, Monica Schlottenmeier and Donna Pasqualine (Joseph Pasqualine); and his granddaughters, Alexa Pasqualine and Carly Pasqualine. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
