He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Haynes Hepner and Emily Redfern Hepner of Trenton, NJ; and his brother Philip Haynes Hepner. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Genereux; his children, Debbie (Art O'Connor) of Oak Island, NC and Rick (Angie Hepner) of Mint Hill, NC; his grandchildren, Jason O'Connor, Matthew Hepner, Adam O'Connor, Kaitlyn O'Connor-DeHart, Madison Benton and Nadya O'Connor; and his great grandchildren, Cecilia Marie Hepner, Emerson Rose DeHart and Owen Richard Benton.
