He was predeceased by: his parents, Yaro Schubert and Frances Schubert of Trenton; his former wife Sarah Jane Lockington Schubert; and his children, Karen Lynne Schubert and David Mark Schubert.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Austin Schubert; his children, Robyn Schubert Wilber, Tom Austin, Michael Austin and Elizabeth Austin Howell; and his sister Deborah Schubert Long (Russell Long). He is also survived by many loving grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
