He is survived by: his parent Nellie Jansen Dietrich; and his daughters, Carol Jr, Thaddeus Mikulski Jr., Mary Ellen Warren, Elaine D. Dietrich, Robert Ebbe, Joanne M. Dietrich and Richard Benziger. He is also survived by his seven granddaughters, and two great-grandchildren.
