He was predeceased by: his parents, Rafael Santiago and Carmen Lydia Castro. He is survived by: his children, Rafael Santiago, Joseph Santiago, Alberto Santiago, Brenda Phillips (David) and Glory Chanax (Elias); and his siblings, Eduardo Santiago (Myriam Santaliz), Manuel Santiago (Mirtha), Alma Santiago and Carmen Hall (Santiago). He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren and his 5 great grandchildren, many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Flowers are welcomed or donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Foundation.
