She was predeceased by: her parents, John A. Strigel and Mary R. Horvath; her siblings, John Strigel and Kathleen Small; and her grandson Dean Matthew Kopacz.
She is survived by: her children, John Kopacz Jr. (Laurie), Matthew Kopacz, Trish Coppola (John) and Janine Teske (Jody); her brother Greg Strigel (Carol); and her grandchildren, Mary Kate Teske, Amanda Tompkins, Jake Teske, Johnny Kopacz, April Kopacz, Cameron Kopacz and Caitlin Kopacz. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
