She is survived by: her grandchildren, Heather Rathbone Smith, Jason Santilli, Melissa Moody and Casey Headley; her great grandchildren, Alex, Achilles Smith, Avery, Evan Moody, Philip, Austin, Alizabeth and Eli Headley; and her daughters, Sherry Lynn Santilli, Cynthia Lee Rathbone (John George Skelton) and Opal Pearl Duncan (Michael Dean Duncan). She is also survived by nieces and nephews; four grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
