He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Olex (Marge). He is survived by: his children, Paul, Susan, Carol Lysak (Michael) of Trenton, Mary Ellen Kmenta (James) of Cream Ridge and Michael Mushak (David Westmoreland) of Norwalk, CT.; his grandchildren, Jamie McIntire, Ken White (Nina), Natasha Mason (David), Katya Lysak (Andrew Mishalove) and Alexandra Lysak; and his great grandchildren, Justin, Jordan, Asher, Gabriel and Cameron. He is also survived by several sister-in laws and many nieces and nephews.
