She was predeceased by: her parents, Teofilo Lasanta and Severa Jimenez Lasanta; her husband Concepcion Reyes, Sr.; her son Concepcion Reyes, Jr.; her siblings, Victor Lasanta, Francisca Lasanta Green, Jesusa Lasanta Melendez and Carlos Lasanta; and her granddaughter Anelise Rivera.
She is survived by: her children, Antonio Reyes and Myrna Rivera (Angel); her sisters, Elena Lasanta Fontanez and Concepcion Lasanta Montero; her granddaughter Angela Reyes; her great grandchildren, Emathias Arroyo, Fabian Arroyo and Alaniya Negron; and her great great grandchild Kaleb Arroyo. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family respectfully requests memorial contributions to be given to the family. Omit flowers.
