She was predeceased by: her parents, Gregory W. Mazzitelli and Grace Chiacchio Mazzitell; and her brother Thomas Mazzitelli. She is survived by: her husband Joseph J. Csillan; her son Richard J.; her daughter-in-law Cheri L. Csillan; her daughter Melissa A.; her son-in-law John P. Conklin; her grandchildren, Joseph, Nicholas, Maci Csillan and Ian Conklin; her siblings-in-law, Robert and Virginia Csillan; and her goddaughter Cynthia Fiori. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and special friends.
