He is survived by: his son Matthew; his daughter-in-law Tracy Levy; his daughters, Lorell Levy (Philip Hartman) and Leslie (John Efthimiades); his grandchildren, Miles, Emma (Nate), Joshua (Jessica), Jeremy (Alexis), Madison, Alicia (Ian) and Nicole (Joey); and his great grandchildren, Kynlee, Rylan, Harper and Gage.
