He is survived by: his parent Robert Allen Jr.; his siblings, Roberta Rowell, Maria Brown, Leroy Allen and Robert Allen; his wife Cecelia Allen; his children, Stephen Melton, Elizabeth Harvey of Trenton, NJ. and Stephanie Melton of Trenton, NJ.; and his siblings, Anna Mae, Geraldine Allen, Sarah Saeed and Stanley Allen. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, eleven great-grand-children.
