He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Harhigh, Sr. and Julia Reminicky Harhigh; his brothers, Nicholas Harhigh (Geraldine Torkington Harhigh) and John Harhigh; and his nephew Daniel Harhigh.
He is survived by: his close friend Marie Tinyanoff; his significant other Marie Tinyanoff; and his siblings, Sergei Igor Harhigh (Ruth Harhigh) and Mary Carol Harhigh Eldridge (Theodore E. Eldridge). He is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews, 19 great nieces and nephews and three great great nieces, with one great great nephew.
