She is survived by: her husband Jackino "Jack" Joseph Chiavetta; her children, Joseph Chiavetta, Michelle Chiavetta and Cynthia (Gene Perry Jr.); her grandchildren, Kyle and Katie Perry; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Ann (Jack Schendlinger) and Janice (Samuel Catarinicchia). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
