It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Juanita Carmichael (Trenton, New Jersey), born in Dillon, South Carolina, who passed away on May 5, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse Hensley Carmichael; her parent Anna L. Manning-Emanuel; her sibling Lacey Manning; and her stepchild Queenesther Wilson. She is survived by: her parent James Emanuel; her siblings, James Robert, Leroy Emanuel, Dick Kenny Emanuel, Gladys Hendrix and Ollie Devone; her daughters, Linda J. Carmichael, Susan Carmichael-Livingston (Clemmie) and Veronica Carmichael-Aldajuste (Moise); and her sisters, Annie R. Emanuel, Margarette Ross, Bessie Emanuel and Helen E. Ford. She is also survived by five grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren.
