He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Mack and Lena Maruca Mack; and his siblings, Vincent, Dominick "Duke" Mack and Catherine Moloney.
He is survived by: his significant other Sharon L. Maines. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
