He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mickolas and Florence Mickolas (Cosma); and his brother George Mickolas. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Mickolas (Stepien); his daughter Diana; his son-in-law Timothy Pachuau; and his granddaughter June Pachuau.
