He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cimbala and Bernice Cimbala. He is survived by: his wife Janet L. Jarzyk Cimbala; his sister Mariam Johnston (Robert); and his sisters-in-law, Debbie Ahr (Charles) and Barbara Holko. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial donations may be made to the Shriner's Children Hospital or to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
