He is survived by: his daughter Kim Henderson (Bernard) of Trenton, NJ; his siblings, Estella Vick of Chicago, IL and Joseph Vick of Trenton, NJ; his nephew John L. Jenkins (Cecelia) of Hamilton, NJ; and his grandchildren, Tyneshia Wharton and Bernard Henderson, Jr.. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
