She was predeceased by: her parents, Roman Haninczak and Tekla Haninczak; her brother George Haninczak; and her husband Peter Plys. She is survived by: her son Oleh Plys (Carol Magistrelli); her grandchildren, Kristin Plys and Evan Plys; her niece Lidia Rojek; and her nephew Leo Haninczak.
