She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kmiecik and Catherine Kmiecik (Kokowski); her husband William D. Falcone; her siblings, Joan A. Kmiecik and John Kmiecik; and her significant other Adam J. Marut.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Smith (Michael) and Karen Falcone; her grandchildren, Christa Marzan, Angela Opris (Trevor), Gina Sutera (Kyle), William Fortune and Alexander Smith; her great grandchild Colette Joan Opris; and her sister-in-law Pamela Kmiecik. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
