He is survived by: his parents, Hector L Perez, Sr. and Elsie Hernandez Perez; his brothers, Jose L. Perez (Nancy) and Xavier Perez (Jennifer); and his nieces and nephews, Elayna, Eliel, Reina, Aaliyah, Bella, Jeremiah and Xavier Jr..
