She was predeceased by: her parents, Isidro Rivera and Providencia Tirado Rivera; her son Joel Bottari; and her brothers, Pedro Rivera and Juan Rivera.
She is survived by: her husband Rene Alarcon; her siblings, Luis Antonio Rivera, Israel Tirado, Josephina "Cuchita" Rivera, Carida Rivera and Charlie Rivera; her grandsons, Joseph, Joshua and Joel Bottari; her great grandchildren, Juliet, Ziel and Nilani Bottari; her nieces, Mercedes and Marisol; and her nephew Peter Rivera.
