She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Ward and Frances Ward; her siblings, Madeline Toth and Jack Ward; and her husband Eric Rooney of Liverpool.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Rooney, Jo Ann (Alan Haugh), Kathleen Vander Schuyt (Joseph Ventimiglia), Patricia Rooney and Christine Stout Baum (Brian Baum); her grandchildren, Dr. Eric Rooney, Ward Rooney, Genevieve, Dr. Richard Scafidi, Kyle Vander Schuyt, Kristina Haugh, Kasey Vander Schuyt, Samantha Stout, Jacquie, Michael, Sarah Ventimiglia, Rachel and Christine Baum; and her siblings, Peter Ward and Frances Jingoli.
