She was predeceased by: her parents, John C Williams and Rose Oliver Williams; her husband Jesse E. Hawkins, Sr.; her brother John C Williams, Jr.; and her cousin Sarah Rollins.
She is survived by: her friend Nellie; her son Jesse E Hawkins, Jr. (Jackie); her granddaughter Joy E Hawkins; her great grandchild Hazel Sarima Eben-Faby; her sister Henrietta Williams Brown; her sister-in-law Bobbie Jean Williams; her nieces and nephews, John Carl Williams, Kenneth Brown (Mia), Robert Brown (Sharon), Brittany Nicole Williams, Mitzi Williams (Angel) and Erica Lukie; and her cousin Edward Holloway (Cheryl). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
