He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberley Ann (Chester Michalak) and Michele Green Choate (Lucy Hancock) of Tulsa, OK; and his sisters, Sharon Berrios of Ewing, NJ and Heather Cavallo of Yardville, NJ. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
