She was predeceased by: her parents, John Zelenak and Ethel Zelenak (Mitzak); her husband Joseph E. Breza; and her siblings, John, George Zelenak, Ann Kushner, Mary Fedor, Margaret Boozan, Elizabeth Zajac, Dorothy Cartwright, Helen Cramer and Mary Jeremia.
She is survived by: her children, Donald (Darla) of Hamilton, NJ, Dennis (Susan) of Howell, NJ, Joseph (Emily) of Santa Fe, NM and Lynn Hoff of Union; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Breza (Heather), Liliana Breza, Cassandra Orson (Rob), Dennis Breza (Jennifer), Brandon Breza, Jenna Breza, Jamie, Ashleigh, Joshua and Jesse Hoff; her great grandchildren, Milo, Levana, Meadow, Canyon and Jett; and her friends, Irene and Debbie Yash. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
