She is survived by: her daughter Karen Laning; her granddaughter Katie Laning; her great grandchildren, Chloe and Genevieve; her sister MaryAnn Walsh; her godchildren, Charles (Jenniffer Walsh), Diane DiStefano and Bonnie Horn; and her niece Christine Oberding.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
